Dialga Stamp

A stamp honoring Pokémon #483, the time God, Dialga.

Personally, I prefer Palkia, but I was just toying around with my animation program, and Dialga's new graphic has good dimensions for practicing. Don't get your socks wet, I just used the new sprite provided by ~alexf1996 who probably just uploaded it from somewhere.
The stamp itself is actually 96 x 50, I couldn't get it quite right... but it's better to be too thin than too tall (In the case of stamps, anyway).

My DeviantART has been glitching out all icons lately, so hopefully this is not glitched out.
